Fun in the Sun, the kids had Monday off of school as part of the Spring Break over Easter weekend. We'd gone out there Friday and there were THOUSANDS of people climbing this mountain in their four-wheelers and dune buggies... you'd of never dared go near this hill on foot. By Monday though, the place was desserted and the kids had a ball climbing this monster. Not even sure if the pictures give it justice, but this sand mountain is a monster, and Bailey and Chance made it all the way to the top.

Sand Mountain at the Little Sahara
Fun in the Sun, the kids had Monday off of school as part of the Spring Break over Easter weekend. Easter Eggs...
We started the day with Bailey arranging the matching outfits, and then went to an Easter Egg hunt with the Easter Rabitt at the care center here in Nephi. We also got to go to Grandma Frames for our traditional Marshmellow Egg pat (and colored eggs, and cookies, and an egg hunt) The kids were sugared up and we didn't get home til 10pm. But it was a fun day and Reagan only screamed once at that Scary Easter Bunny :)

Bailey's 6
Pretty low-key party, frosting and decorating cupcakes... regardless of how quiet the events might have been, we couldn't have asked for 6 happier years than we've had with Bailey in our family. I'm amazed all the time at what an incredible big sister she is and how many things she does to help me out EVERY day. I couldn't do it without her. I love you Bailey Sue!
Hiking the "J"
Got the crazy notion about a month ago, that even though Gi was going to work on a Saturday, I was NOT going to be cooped up insided all day w/the kids. It wasn't quite warm enough for hanging out at the park so I figured we'd try something active and give myself a much needed dose of outdoor remedy for the Cabin Fever!
The closest parking spot was about one mile, and one barbed-wired fence further than I was hoping for. Especially the last 1/10 mile when I ended up with Ally in front and Reagan on my back. But if you look closely, that J way in the back of the first shots, are the rocks Bailey and Chance are conquering here in the latter shots. The kids were CHAMPIONS, and even though Reagan whined a little, looking back at our feat, it was a stinkin long way to walk on flat ground for a 2 year old, let alone up hill. Thanks for the sunshine kids! And even though the "J" is for Juab, thanks Dad for training my kids to know that it really stands for Jerry... miss you!
Silly girls...
I had to make a special spot for Bailey's 1st place ribbon at her schools "Reflections" contest. We were so thrilled and surprised when she won I had to walk her to school so I could take a picture. She got home and was being so cute playing with Reagan, the both of them giggling for a good 15 minutes while I sat and fed the baby that I was glad the camera was within reach.
My other "boyfriend"
So Chance and I have this ongoing history, that when Dad is out of town, then he gets to be my boyfriend... you know the head of the house and all. He loves to tease Giegh about it and regularly giggles when I kiss him when he adds "DAD... mom just KISSED me :)" anyway, these two shots were just too funny to not share, him asleep in our bed, and the next... well what do you expect w/three sisters. I'm sure its not the la
st of the flowers or fluff!
St Patricks Day
Lets face it, I'm a slacker, no excuses but I'm going to do a very brief overview of the last 6-8 weeks
to try and make up for it. The kis ALL had to wear green, and Bailey even found a green sweat suit for Aly to wear. And then she and her two "Tuesday Twins" (they come over every Tues after school) had to strike a pose for me.. Thanks Jaki and Jeri!
